Quantity Surveying is the discipline Quantara Consulting was built around, and it remains the foundation of every engagement we take on. Before a cost plan can be trusted, before a tender can be fairly compared, before a valuation can be certified — someone has to measure the work accurately from the drawings and specification. That is the job we do.
Our take-off is carried out directly from the latest approved drawings and specification, cross-checked for consistency, and structured into a Bill of Quantities that gives every party — client, contractor, and certifier — a shared, unambiguous reference for what is actually being built and priced.
